Welcome to Simply Yoga MD. We look forward to sharing the Benefits of Yoga with you including Weight Loss, Increased Strength & Flexibility, Reduced Stress and Relief from Pain. We believe that yoga can be experienced at every level and phase of life. Even different days of the week may call for a different yoga practice. Some days may call for a Powerful Vinyasa. On others a Gentle more restorative class may be what is needed.
We feel there are many lessons to learn on a yoga mat that translate into life lessons. Hamstrings may be tight or core muscles may be weak, but instead of seeing these as limitations, we believe these are invitations for Growth! Through your yoga practice you will build both physical and inner strength. You will learn to meet challenges on and off the mat with ease by connecting with the breath and stilling the mind's chatter.
