Ease / Personal Attention
I have attended Alicia's yoga class. She is very clear in her direction and has helped me assume yoga poses that are very difficult. She demonstrates the poses and comes around and helps those who need a little more stretch or pull. Alicia is also concerned that we do not hurt ourselves and shows us how to modify a pose if we need to. I come away from her class feeling stronger yet yery peaceful and calm inside.


Every Practice is a New Experience
Levi is one of the best teachers I've ever met. He has an uncanny ability to make every practice a unique experience and I feel like I have a private lesson when I take his class. A great workout always that I take out with me and use for the next few days.


Flexibility
The effects of running and age have taken a toll on my body.  I have not touched my toes in over 30 years and  my back hurts every morning when I got out of bed. I tried yoga a few years back but it was too fast paced for this 50 plus year old.  It was not a pleasant experience and I was happy to find a reason not to continue.  Then a friend suggested we try the Foundation Class with Beth Graham.  The class is slower pace and each pose is explained and reviewed till the group "gets it".  Beth is very aware how difficult these poses are for some of us, providing alternate poses so no one  gets hurt.  After 6 weeks in the class I can now touch my toes!!!!! and by back doesn't hurt in the morning.  But the best part of the class is I want to go back.....Thanks Beth for providing a great Foundation


All Levels
I have been taking yoga with Alicia for the past 3 1/2 years She is the ultimate yoga instructor presenting a very calm and professional persona. She works with you at your level and is very encouraging. You never feel rushed when class is over and she is always available if you have any questions.

Proper Alignment
Beth shows you the proper positions for each of the poses and answers any questions you may have.  I discovered that I had fallen into bad habits and the class was perfect for helping me make the necessary corrections….Having more confidence has led to new openings.  I was amazed at how much my practice improved after taking the class!  Beth is extremely knowledgeable and approachable and can always give you an alternative pose if you have an injury

First Time? No problem!
Okay, I have found The Foundation Series perfect for me.  I looked forward to the classes and the instruction was very effective.  It gave me insight on what the poses are meant to open up and how to work towards this.   Beth works at a pace that is right for beginners or people just wanting to enhance their poses.  I am going to sign up again.  Beth is great and incredibly helpful .  She knows so much about yoga, and she is very patient
